Dr Jarosław Grykiel - legal advisor, of counsel

Mr Grykiel holds a doctorate in law and is an assistant professor at the Adam Mickiewicz University, Faculty of Law and Administration.

Dr Grykiel is a law graduate from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (2002), where he also defended his doctoral thesis (2007) on commercial power of attorney (prokura), later published by C.H. Beck publishers. He is the co-author of Commentary on Articles 56-81 Civil Code.

Dr Grykiel specialises in broad aspects of civil and commercial law. Since 2000 he has built his professional experience both through his own law practice and through collaboration with other law firms. He renders end-to-end legal assistance in business transactions and provides ongoing advice to businesses. In his scholarly work, Dr Grykiel lectures and offers MA seminars and discussion classes on civil and commercial law. As part of his habilitation process, Dr Grykiel is currently working on his post-doctoral dissertation at the Adam Mickiewicz University, Faculty of Law and Administration, Chair of Civil, Commercial and Insurance Law.
