Magdalena Lubbe - legal advisor

Ms Lubbe is a law graduate from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (2001), who earned her Master`s thesis in commercial law under the guidance of Professor Stanisław Sołtysiński. Her thesis won the First Prize in a commercial law competition organised by Przegląd Prawa Handlowego, a commercial law review journal. In 2005 she completed post-graduate studies in European law.

In 2009 Ms Lubbe established her own practice. Before that, from 1998 to 2008, she was of counsel at one recognised Poznań law firm. She has over ten years’ professional experience in comprehensive legal support for businesses, which includes ongoing advice, preparing and realising major projects in legal due diligence, M&A, operational financing and investment transactions (drafting and negotiating loan agreements and debt restructuring schemes, including syndicated loan arrangements), and mezzanine-funded management buy-out.
