Piotr Łuczak - legal advisor

Mr Łuczak is a law graduate from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (2003).

Since 2004 he has built his experience as a lawyer working with several law firms. Mr Łuczak offers continuing support to businesses, which covers advice on business transactions, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, preparing public procurement documents and representing clients in relevant procedures, handling transaction projects, carrying out legal due diligence analyses for companies, or handling legal and administrative aspects of investment processes (local planning regulations, construction law, real estate management). Mr Łuczak also represents clients in court proceedings as well as court administrative proceedings.
